By creating an account or using Gigg you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think your account was accessed by someone else.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Bands and shared content

Gigg is built around bands. What you add to a band is shared with that band’s members, and members can generally edit or delete shared band content such as songs, shows and chat messages. Band owners and admins control who is in the band. Things you mark public appear on the band’s public page for anyone to see.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or write. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you and your band choose (your band, and the public where you’ve made something public) so that we can run the service. You’re responsible for having the right to share what you upload, including any music, photos and video.

Acceptable use — no objectionable content

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Don’t post or send anything that is:

• harassing, threatening, hateful or discriminatory, or that targets a person or group;
• sexually explicit, or that sexualizes or endangers minors;
• illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• spam, malware, or an attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.

Don’t create accounts by automated means or impersonate someone else.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any chat message that breaks these rules, and block a member so you no longer see their messages. Reports go to us; we review them promptly and may remove the content, remove the person from the service, or both. You can also contact us at info@gigg.live.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time (see how). We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

The service

We work to keep Gigg available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Gigg after a change means you accept it.
